Why not make your next adventure holiday to Cornwall a little bit extra special by booking a luxury glamping experience!

Cornwall is full of adventure and offers many glamping options to choose from.

With easy train connections from London to the Cornish coast, there are really no excuses not to go and have a wonderful time.

Glamping is a fun way of adding a little bit of unique luxury to your camping adventure in Cornwall.

From yurts, pods, shepherd’s huts and cabins — you will have loads of glamping options to choose from in Cornwall.

Surround yourself with a natural landscape setting, light up your campfire and disconnect for a few days.

Here are my recommended top three luxury glamping in Cornwall adventures:

Glamping adventure one: The Shepherd’s Hut at Georgia Bridge – located close to St Ives

My first recommended glamping location in Cornwall is The Shepherd’s Hut at Georgia Bridge which is located close to St Ives.

This is a beautiful bolthole location — a tranquil setting to truly kick back and relax in your own peaceful space.

The interior design is pure eye candy throughout, with all the amenities you need for your stay in Cornwall — including a cosy fire to keep you warm during those colder nights.

Good news — you will find limited phone signal and Wifi at this location, so why not truly disconnect, turn off your mobile phone and unwind for the weekend.

A short drive away from The Shepherd’s Hut at Georgia Bridge is the cosy and popular town of St Ives.

In St Ives, you will find award-winning beaches, boutique shops, a large selection of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, pubs and a large selection of art galleries to choose from.

Also close by is the majestic St Michael’s Mount, which has to be seen from the coast.

You can then follow the coast around the bay which will take you to the market town of Penzance, Land’s End and the pretty little fishing village of Mousehole. All worth spending some time stopping off at and exploring.

Glamping adventure two: Big Blue – Located close to Port Isaac

Big Blue

My next recommended glamping location is Big Blue, which is located near Port Isaac.

Big Blue is an old converted horsebox lorry, which has been transformed into a luxury glamping location for you to enjoy.

A brilliant hideaway with a fantastic ambience, offering a quirky Cornish countryside escape with an abundance of charm.

Offers unspoilt views of rolling green pastures, allowing you to relax into the quiet that is your quirky glamping abode.

The horse lorry has had a complete makeover with all the home comforts you need to make your stay go smoothly.

On this plot, you will also find a wood-fired hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking. Glamping with hot tubs in Cornwall can be more fun!

From the warm wooden floors to the rich soft furnishing, this glamping location is full of charm and character.

A little bit of re-wilding is good for the soul, and you can take comfort that your hideaway is completely private!

Big Blue truly is a magical hideaway, nestled in glorious unspoilt countryside.

Located close to Port Isaac, home to TV’s Doc Martin, The Fisherman’s Friends, and not one but two Nathan Outlaw restaurants.

For further thrills, Polzeath is a popular beach amongst surfers.

For adventure seekers, try your hand at coasteering, sea kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Or why not wake up bright and early and go out with a local fishing community to catch some mackerel to enjoy over the barbecue for your breakfast.

And don’t forget to pack your hiking boots. My ultimate adventure recommendation for this glamping location would be to rent a bike and take it to the Camel Trail, a 17-mile trail from Bodmin Moor to Padstow.

Before you head off on your hike, you can grab a Pasty from Aunt Avice in the local village to take with you.

It wouldn’t be a trip to Cornwall without a coastal walk with a pasty picnic!

Glamping adventure Three: Mistery 2 – located close to Falmouth

Mistery

The last glamping spot on my list is the Mistery 2, located close to Falmouth.

For a completely different glamping experience, how about on an old barge?

Located in a peaceful setting along the banks, this rustic houseboat is an ideal secluded glamping location for your Cornwall getaway.

Wait till you check out the interior. Mistery 2 offers a stylish design put together from recycled Falmouth dock pilings, creating a peaceful and cozy environment.

Enjoy the natural light with your morning coffee as the sun shines through the windows.

You can also enjoy breakfast around the captain’s table.

Don’t forget to pour yourself a glass of wine and make the most out of the fire pit in the evening to keep nice and cosy.

Tidal ebbs flow all day around the barge, and the plot also offers a magical hideaway with a peaceful surrounding garden.

The Mistery 2 glamping location is roughly a 15 minutes drive away from Falmouth, an ideal location to use as your base for your daily adventures.

Just across the road from Mistery 2 is a pub called The Royal Oak, known for serving top pub grub only a short 15-minute walk away in Perranwell village.

Close by you can find Pendennis Castle, pubs, cafes, eateries and boutique shops.

You can also make the most out of the local activities on offer such as Falmouth Surf school located on Maenporth Beach.

Why not hit the waves next? You can also try several different watersport activities such as stand up paddleboarding, or kayaking.

They also have a popular beachside cafe if you fancy a soft scoop of Cornish ice cream.

Plan a perfect day full of watersport adventures to enjoy in Falmouth.
