Steelers confirm Heinz Field is now Acrisure Stadium

Reports surfaced early Monday claiming that Heinz Subject, residence of the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers, would quickly be rebranded as Acrisure Stadium.

The Steelers confirmed that information Monday afternoon. Per the group’s official launch, Acrisure, an insurance coverage brokerage agency out of Michigan, has a 15-year deal for the stadium. Monetary phrases of the settlement weren’t disclosed.

The Steelers moved from Three Rivers Stadium to Heinz Subject in 2001, and the Pittsburgh-based ketchup firm beforehand held the venue’s naming rights for the previous 21 years. It is unclear why Heinz did not lengthen its contract with the Steelers.
